Our small complex consists of seven detached holiday homes on the side of a mountain, built in the traditional style of the Pelion region. Their location directly on the outskirts of the village – an ensemble amidst the green hills – are a comfortable distance from each other and offer a great view of the bay and the village. Despite the quiet location, it is only a few steps down to the village for swimming, eating or shopping.
A PLACE FOR FAMILY
& FRIENDS
Three of the seven two-storey villas can be used exclusively. You have a large living-dining room with a fireplace, a guest toilet and a spacious bedroom with an attached bathroom on the upper floor, and three bedrooms with a bathroom in the basement. The four double rooms can accommodate 8 people. The other four houses can also be used exclusively, but alternatively they can also be used individually as separate – yet shared – apartments. Each floor has two double rooms, bathrooms and a kitchen. On the upper floor there is a second toilet and a fireplace, while on the lower floor a pull-out sofa in the living room offers 2 additional beds. If the house is used exclusively, 10 people can live comfortably here. When shared, there is space for 4-6 people per apartment.
The living-dining rooms on the upper floors offer spacious places thanks to the ceiling heights and have built-in chimneys clad with natural stone as well as underfloor heating for colder days. Kitchens and bathrooms are modern and fully equipped. The bedrooms have extra-long box-spring beds and large closets. As architects, we took great care in paying attention to the high-quality of the design when selecting the furniture and appliances.
All houses have several spacious terraces with dining tables and sun beds. Even if the sea is within walking distance, the complex has five spacious swimming pools, four of which are assigned to individual houses, and one is available to guests of three houses as a community pool. On the outside grill you can prepare fresh fish from the fishing boats from the village.
And to keep you busy, the houses are also equipped with kayak and stand up paddling boards.
